Before you submit

This practice primarily serves adults, with a focus on millennial men navigating anxiety, stress overload, burnout, relationship strain, and life transitions. Therapy is provided in person in Ohio and via telehealth in Florida, Indiana, Ohio, and Virginia. You must be located in the state(s) where Jake is licensed at the time of your session.

What happens after you submit

You will be contacted to schedule a free 30-minute consultation call to confirm fit, clarify goals, and review scheduling and fees. If your needs require a higher level of care or a different specialty, you will be offered appropriate referral options.
