Session structure Individual psychotherapy sessions are $180 per session. Session frequency is typically weekly or biweekly based on acuity, goals, and scheduling fit. We do not accept insurance, but can provide superbills for OON reimbursement. Mental health trainings and events We also offer mental health awareness trainings and community events that make mental health support more practical and approachable.
